Violate fire and technical safety rules: General fire safety at the exhibition is provided by the Organizers. Exhibitors and construction organizations that build stands at the exhibition are required to strictly comply with the rules established by the administration of the exhibition site and are responsible for their violations. For the safety of visitors and staff, working exhibits and moving machinery must be protected. Electrical connections at the stand are made only by representatives of the Organizers. The organizers have the right to remove products from the stand that do not meet safety requirements, including noise levels, or pose a danger to others.
Use open fire (torches, candles, demonstration in action of exhibits using open fire, etc.), arc searchlights, fireworks and other types of fire effects.
Use and store vessels with flammable gases, containers with flammable and flammable liquids.
Open cabinets of fire fighting cranes, violate the integrity and completeness of fire protection systems.
To store advertising materials, handouts and booklets, or other flammable exhibition materials in exhibition halls and in the premises of the exhibition complex.
Use sockets, switches, other damaged electrical elements, and electrical cables with visible insulation violations during the Event, installation, and disassembly.
Use electric heaters that do not have thermal protection devices, as well as in the absence or malfunction of the thermoregulators provided by the design.
To wrap electric lamps and lamps with paper, cloth and other combustible materials, as well as to operate lamps with the hoods (diffusers) provided by the design removed.
Smoking tobacco and tobacco products, including the use of electronic cigarettes, IQOS devices and tobacco heating devices, is prohibited. Smoking of tobacco products is allowed only in open and adjacent areas, in specially designated areas marked with signs "Smoking area" and equipped with bins.
The use of any mechanical/electric vehicles (including bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller skates and skis, gyroscuters, segways, drones, copters, robots, motorcycles, cars, etc.), with the exception of those necessary for people with disabilities. In case of violation - a fine of 50-150 thousand rubles for each case.
Bring alcoholic beverages into the territory, pour and/or drink them in exhibition halls, toilets, halls, and other rooms and territories of the exhibition complex. During the entire process of exhibition events, from the beginning of installation to the end of dismantling and removal of all items, materials, and personal belongings from the exhibition area, it is strictly prohibited to distribute, use, and advertise any alcohol-containing products, narcotic, psychotropic, and other substances that affect the behavior of individuals.
The placement of advertisements for third-party exhibition events, as well as uncredited advertisements and/or promotional materials of organizations and companies (including logos of companies and brands) that are not directly involved in the exhibition and/or placed outside the stands where they are directly involved, is strictly prohibited within the entire exhibition space. In case of violation of this provision of the Exhibitor's Management, the Organizer reserves the right to take measures up to the closure of the exhibition stand without paying any compensation and refunding the funds paid by the Exhibitor to the Organizer for participation in the exhibition.
The use of the Exhibitor's own automated loading and unloading equipment (including a crane, a crane manipulator unit on a car, a loader, an electric cart) is not allowed. For the company authorized to carry out loading and unloading operations (loading, storage of goods and containers, delivery of exhibits to the stands), see the section "Contractor contacts". We recommend that you contact us to place orders for loading and unloading operations at least 7 business days before the start of work.
In case of collective participation of two or more Exhibiting companies at the same stand, such companies are considered Co-Exhibitors. The Exhibitor's Registration Fee must be paid for each of the Co-Exhibiting companies. The number of Co–Exhibiting companies at one stand is allowed at the rate of at least 6 square meters per Co-Exhibitor. An exhibitor is the first person to pay the rent of the space and the registration fee, who is primarily responsible to the Organizer for all actions of all persons involved in the exhibition, including for the actions of Co-Exhibitors and persons attracted by Co-Exhibitors, including for the actions of persons who are not employees of the Exhibitor and / or Co-Exhibitor. The collective participation of the Exhibitors at the stands such as "Market", "Ingredients", "Consulting Center" is not allowed.
During the exhibition period, including when various promotional events are held at the stands using all types of equipment and audio-video equipment of the Exhibitor, the permissible sound level (noise) at the borders of the Exhibitor's stand should not exceed 65 dB (A). If this level is exceeded and/ or if there are complaints from other exhibitors about excessive sound (noise) levels, the Organizer has the right to turn off the sound (noise) source after one verbal warning, and/or to collect a fine to compensate for damage to his business reputation in front of the participants and visitors of the Exhibition, in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) rubles 00 kopecks, for each occurrence, and (or) remove the Exhibitor from the exhibition (terminate the Contract prematurely) with the resulting consequences provided for in clause 6.9 of this Agreement. In case of negative consequences applied by the Organizer to the Exhibitor, in accordance with this paragraph, the Organizer unilaterally corrects the violations committed. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend the export of the Exhibitor's property until confirmation of payment of the fine is received.
Attendance of events for persons under the age of 14 (fourteen) years; attendance of events by unaccompanied children by parents or other legal representatives.
