For stands with standard construction ("Standard", "Improved Standard", "Improved Business Standard"):
It is unacceptable to attach your equipment to the stand structures, self-pasting panels, applying logos, drilling holes, attaching advertising and other materials with pins, buttons, stapler, hard-to-remove adhesive tape, etc.
The structural elements and equipment of the standard stand must remain intact after the exhibition and be cleaned of adhesive tape, etc. The cost of damaged structural elements of the stand and additional equipment, as well as all costs associated with their restoration, will be charged to the Exhibitor.
The Exhibitor has no right to make changes to the structures and electrical equipment of the standard stand, in case of violation of this condition, the Exhibitor pays a fine in the amount of 100% of the cost of the dismantled equipment (structures).
Pay attention to what equipment is included in the price of your space (see the sections "Filling the Standard stand" and "Filling the stand "Improved standard"). If you do not use any items, the cost of renting them will not be refunded to you.
To stabilize the structure and power supply of the stand, additional fasteners and equipment can be used on it, the image of which is not included in the diagram of your stand. If you need to temporarily remove them (for example, to install large-sized exhibits), you must coordinate this in advance with the technical department of the Organizer and make sure that all necessary precautions are taken. The number and location of racks and ceiling runs (to strengthen the stand structure) along the open perimeter (more than 3 m) is additionally agreed upon at the request of the participant and is included in the standard equipment of the stand.
All electrical appliances and equipment of the Exhibitor connected to outlets must be certified. Electrical installation at the stand by the Exhibitor is not allowed. The independent connection of electrical appliances in the network is considered as an independent development and is subject to agreement with Expoconsta CJSC www.expoconsta.com +7 (499) 795-25-36 (see the section "Unequipped exhibition area. Independent development").
When using banners, fabrics and other materials to decorate the stand, the Exhibitor is obliged to provide Fire safety Certificates for them. For detailed requirements, see the section "Safety and Fire safety Regulations".
If you need additional sockets (220V or 380V) that are not included in the standard equipment of your stand, they must be ordered using the additional services order form using the Configurator.
POWER SUPPLY
Power supply (connection and consumption of electricity) is not included in the price of the equipped exhibition area and outlets and must be ordered in the form of ordering additional services using the Configurator and paid ADDITIONALLY.

The power supply ordered for your stand (connection and electricity consumption – in kW) must correspond to the total total power (total number of kW, taking into account starting currents) of all electrical equipment at your stand. Failure to comply with this requirement leads to a power failure and possible equipment failure, both at your stand and in the whole unit. The organizer reserves the right to impose a fine in the amount of the full cost of equipment damaged due to non-compliance with the order and actual electricity consumption.
Round-the-clock power supply at the stand. All sockets included in the package of all standard stands are connected to the power supply only during the working hours of the Exhibition. If your equipment requires round–the-clock power supply (for example, for refrigeration equipment), then you need to order an additional 24-hour outlet - in accordance with the power consumption of the equipment. On the diagram of the stand, it is necessary to mark "24 hours" near each round-the-clock outlet.
The connection of the kitchen and technological equipment belonging to the Exhibitor to the sanitary device of the exhibition pavilion is made by the Exhibitor independently. Hoses and connecting fittings are provided by the Exhibitor.
THE LAYOUT OF THE STAND.
The layout of your stand must be completed using a Configurator, and provided to the Organizer of the Exhibition no later than 6 weeks before the start of installation of the Exhibition.
Attention: Equipment not indicated in the diagram will not be installed, and the cost of the equipment will not be refunded to the Exhibitor.
