Please, provide a copy of the Exhibition participant guide to the developer of your stand.
The Exhibitor should erect walls of 2500 mm height from the enclosed sides of the stand and floor cover (carpet, laminate, etc.). In case the height of the stand exceeds 2500 mm it is necessary to obtain permission from the Organizer by submitting him a stand design project with all dimensions set not later than 6 weeks prior to installation.
No stand structure parts, flags, banners, or other equipment may extend beyond the stand area. The Exhibitor is obliged to decorate all visible surfaces of their stand. Meanwhile, the external surfaces adjacent to neighboring stands should not contain any advertising information. Exposed parts of the reverse sides of wall panels facing the neighboring stands should be made in white, have aesthetic appearance and homogeneous structure. Sides of your stand that are open according to the general plan of the exhibition should not be built up with blind walls without the Organizer's approval.
In case of violation of the above stated conditions the Organizer reserves the right to suspend the construction of your stand and to demand to remove such elements and structures of the stand at the Exhibitor's expense.
When planning stand development it is necessary to provide direct access to fire hydrants located within or in close proximity to your stand.
For the reasons of visitors safety the stand premises with exit directly to passage between the stands should be equipped with either sliding doors or doors opening inwards.
Involvement of third parties (developers) to perform stand installation, dismantling as well as other engineering and decoration works is only allowed at exclusive exhibition stand installation and with written permission of Expoconsta ZAO.
Standard (Standard Shell Scheme or Super Shell Scheme) stand building is only ordered through the Organizer. The Organizer does not provide furniture to participants renting unequipped area.
Attention! The Exhibitors (or their developers) who ordered unequipped area should undergo paid accreditation procedure for carrying out installation works at Expoconsta ZAO (Expocentre 's General developer).
Accreditation requires submission of a number of documents within the following terms (for Russian companies):
- 15 days prior to installation – for one-story stands;
- 45 days prior to installation – for two-story stands.
Terms of document submission for foreign companies (including those from the CIS countries) should be specified at Expoconsta ZAO.
List of documents submitted for accreditation:
- letter for stand building;
- certificate of compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001 to design, exhibition stand building, power supply works under 1000 V (notarized);
- stand project performed in perspective;
- certificate for load-carrying structure for two-story stand;
- static calculation for load-carrying structure for two-story stand with layout of construction elements;
- drawings with dimensions of two-story stand on 1:100 scale, with sectional views, signed by the designer and stamped by the company that carried out the stand design;
- wiring diagrams with specification of required loads, layouts of exhibition stands with allocation of electric power equipment and lighting;
- list of electrical engineering personnel (on company letterhead) participating in electric installation of the stand signed by the enterprise head;
- photocopies of certificates of electrical engineering personnel indicated in the list having at least 3rd electrical safety group and mark of certification;
- a copy of electrical engineering personnel knowledge check register;
- a copy of order for appointment of a person responsible for electrical works and safety precautions for the exhibition;
- approval of fire department No.160.
During accreditation Expoconsta ZAO has the right to request additional information necessary for approval. Alteration of previously approved projects without written consent of Expoconsta ZAO and Fire department No.160 FPS of the Russian Emergencies Ministry is not permitted.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE REGULATIONS
Prior to installation, please, make sure that your stand is situated at location in accordance with the plan and has the correct configuration. Upon inaccuracy of allocation of your construction with regard to general markings, you will have to perform dismantling and reassembling of the stand at your own expense.
During the installation of exhibition stand and exposition (prior to opening of the exhibition) the Exhibitor and his developer are obliged not to obstruct aisles between stands with containers and building materials; remove all containers, packaging and remnants of construction and installation materials from exhibition complex area, and place small waste building materials and garbage into containers at open area of TsVK until 8:00 p.m. on the last day of installation. Any construction works and access of installation personnel to the halls during exhibition period, including the opening day, are prohibited.
During installation and dismantling it is required to use tools operated from a battery or to bring a professional extension and plug it into one of the available temporary sockets in the hall. At that, protection of extension cable from mechanical damage should be provided for.
It is prohibited to: perform installation of building constructions in allocation areas of stationary switchboards, technological hatches, fire fighting cabinets and other engineering equipment; bring woodworking equipment and lumber and carry out sawing, planing and other carpentry work related to the production of a stand; perform varnish and paint works associated with covering of the whole structure of the installed stand; apply paint, varnish, glue or other stubborn covering onto hall floor, walls and columns; drill any holes in floors, walls or columns of the hall; independently carry out the suspension of structures and advertising media to hall ceiling structures; drive onto laid carpets while transporting goods to exhibition stands; reside at stand installation area without necessity; place and store materials, clothes, shoes and other personal belongings outside the installed stand area; use other developers' stands and furniture and equipment imported by other participants for performing construction and installation works, to rest or take meals; take exhibition furniture and equipment outside the installed stand area; lean any construction materials and structures against walls, columns, windows and doorways of the exhibition hall; stick or place information signs on the walls, windows, columns, floor of the exhibition hall, fire cabinets and other elements of the interior of the hall; cause damage flooring in halls, asphalt and cobbled surfaces of "Expocentre " open areas; perform dismantling of stands by tilting stand structures on the floor and dropping individual elements of the stand to the floor from height.
After dismantling the Exhibitor and/or stand developer should remove adhesive tape from hall floor and withdraw construction debris to containers.
Attention!!! For the purpose of large-sized construction debris removal, the Exhibitor and/or the developer should order a container at their own expense. All losses associated with damage to the hall structures, additional cleanup and removal of debris by fault of the Exhibitor and/or third parties involved by them will be charged to their account.
Two-story stands: The second story area of the stand is subject to compulsory payment. In case the second floor was not earlier specified in Contract-application for participation in the Exhibition, it is necessary to additionally order it and pay for its area. Construction of two-story stand will only be allowed after payment.
The two-story stand should be equipped with fire alarm detectors (see “Fire safety rules” of this Guide). The construction of two-story stand should have all necessary strength characteristics and certificates that comply with applicable safety standards.
ORDERING POWER AND WATER SUPPLY UNEQUIPPED AREA STAND DIAGRAM
Exhibitors that rent unequipped exhibition area should not later than 6 weeks prior to the Exhibition installation provide the Organizer with a stand diagram (Form No.2) and application for power and water supply as well as other additional services and equipment by Form No.7 required for their displays.
Form No.2 must contain the following data specified by the Exhibitor:
1 Company name, number and size of the stand with specification of sides length.
2) Specification of the 2nd floor presence and its area. Note: the height of your stand should not exceed values permitted in the hall (refer to section “Venue Info” of this Guide).
3) 1st floor diagram (appendix).
4) 2nd floor diagram (appendix).
5) Profile drawing (3D, 2D) with specification of all the heights of stand structure (appendix).
6) Locations of electric switchboard and water inlet.
7) Total value of power consumption by all equipment at stand in kW.
8) Specification of open/closed sides of the stand.
9) Developer contact information.
ELECTRICITY
Power supply and consumption are not included in unequipped area price and should be ordered by Form No.7. Make sure to order required capacity power supply necessary for lighting, stand fitting as well as for your equipment and exhibits. Power supply connection to stand is performed by Exhibitors (or their developers) by themselves under compliance with "Requirements to electrical works and performing staff".
If you require round-the-clock power supply at your stand, please, notify the Organizer's technical department in advance. The stand must be equipped with group electrical cabinet with GFCI, and it is also required to provide electric cable with cross section corresponding to the load (cable length of not less than 30 m) from the power supply to the stand.
Connection of the Exhibition participant's electric equipment to the power supply is performed after completion of works on connected electric circuit insulation resistance measurement.
Attention! Self-sustained connection to the main electric network of the hall is strictly forbidden. Switchboard, sockets and wires are provided by the Exhibitor or their developer.
Connection of the Exhibitor's own kitchen or process equipment to exhibition hall sanitary device is performed by the Exhibitors themselves. Hoses, connecting accessories are provided by the Exhibitor or his developer.
ATTENTION! Timely submission and settlement of applications for additional equipment and services are obligatory for all the Exhibitors. Please note that the Exhibitors that have not payed 100% of all amounts under the Contract prior to installation cannot be admitted by the Organizer to the Exhibition installation. Therefore, this condition is to be considered while planning payments.
