BASIC RULES AND REQUIREMENTS

SECURITY, RESPONSIBILITY

In time, when the pavilion is open to Exhibitors (the period of installation and dismantling, as well as the hours of the Exhibition), the Organizer in any case is not responsible for the safety of exhibits and personal belongings of the Exhibitor: – for loss or damage to property belonging to the Exhibitor and/or his Contractors or persons working for the Exhibitor or invited by him as well as for any losses caused by fire, explosion, water and wind damage, lightning strike and other hazards; – for harm caused to persons working for the Exhibitor on any terms or invited by them, regardless of how this harm was caused.
The protection of the pavilion during non-working hours of the Exhibition is carried out in accordance with the rules of the EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds regime, within the limits of responsibility according to the General Conditions of Participation in Exhibitions at the EXPOCENTRE Central Exhibition Complex.
The pavilion is open to exhibitors during the entire period of the exhibition (including installation/dismantling) from 08:00 to 20:00. Night general security of the pavilion is provided from the moment of its actual closure (20:00) to its opening for the entrance of participants (08:00 the next day). The Exhibitor's own security at night is not allowed. The Exhibitor must also provide for the constant presence of his employees at the stand during the working hours of the Exhibition (including installation/dismantling and in case of an official extension of the installation/dismantling time of the exhibition) and/or use a paid security service (performed by EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds employees, issued through the Organizer) to ensure order at the stand.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AND EVENTS. PROMOTERS. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING

The distribution of promotional products or other types of promotional activities should be carried out by the Exhibitor only within the limits of his stand. No advertising structures (banners, banners, banners, etc.) can be placed in the aisles, on the floor, walls and other parts of the pavilion without the permission of the Organizer. The exception is cases when the Exhibitor has agreed and ordered advertising services from the Organizer, including work permits for promoters (distributors of advertising and information products) of the Exhibition participants.

The order of advertising services, placement of all types of advertising (including company logos and brands) is provided only for companies that have received official accreditation from the Organizer (on a commercial basis): both Exhibitors and non-Exhibitors (for such companies, an increasing coefficient is provided when calculating the cost of advertising services).

Advertising of third-party exhibition events, as well as non-accredited advertising and/or promotional materials of organizations and companies (including logos of companies and brands) that do not directly participate in the exhibition and/or are not placed on the stands where they directly participate, is strictly prohibited within the entire exhibition space. In case of violation of this provision of the Exhibitor's Management, the Organizer reserves the right to take measures up to the closure of the exhibition stand without paying any compensation and refund of funds paid by the Exhibitor to the Organizer for participation in the exhibition.

The promoter of the Exhibitor (distributor of advertising and information products accredited by the Organizer) must have a personal Pass of the distributor of advertising and information products (issued by the Organizer) and a photo identification card in a prominent place. The transfer of the pass to third parties is prohibited. The distribution of advertising and information products is allowed during the opening hours of the exhibition in places agreed by the Organizer.

The promoter is prohibited:
• Distribute any types of advertising and information products not previously agreed with the Organizer;
• Advertise any exhibition and congress events;
• Obstruct the work of the exhibition participants, as well as the free passage of visitors;
• To carry out trade;
• Use sound amplification equipment and other technical means;
• Is in a swimsuit, underwear, without outerwear, topless;
• To carry out promotions using body art, etc.;
• Use images that contradict the norms of public behavior.

In case of unauthorized placement of advertising structures and materials by the Exhibitor, as well as when his promoters work without accreditation outside the area of his stand, the Exhibitor pays the Organizer a fine of 30,000 (thirty thousand) rubles 00 kopecks, for each case that occurs, and (or) the Organizer has the right to remove the Exhibitor from the exhibition (prematurely terminate the Contract) with the following the consequences provided for in clause 6.9 of this Agreement.

The Exhibitor is fully responsible to the Organizer for the actions of the Promoters attracted by him, for any violations by them of the rules in force at the Exhibition venue. The Exhibitor independently organizes the places of preparation, dressing, recreation and storage of the props of his Promoters. For unauthorized use of any areas on the territory of the Exhibition Center (including common areas), except for the Exhibitor's stand, for the purposes of storage and/or preparation, recreation of Promoters, the Exhibitor may be charged the cost of renting the area actually occupied at the same time, at the rental rate "Unequipped Exhibition Area", valid during the Exhibition.

Promotional materials, promoters of companies that are not Exhibitors of the exhibition, while not accredited by the Organizer, are immediately removed from the exhibition hall without the right of further access to the exhibition by representatives of such companies.

OVERTIME INSTALLATION/DISMANTLING

If the Exhibitor needs additional time for the installation and dismantling of his stand, exhibits and equipment exceeding the official opening hours of the pavilion (see the section "Exhibition Schedule"), he can order using the Configurator. The cost of this service depends on the technical capability, the number of hours of extension and the area of your stand. During installation/dismantling, applications are submitted to the Organizer before 17:00 of the current day on the terms of 100% prepayment to the Organizer's cashier.
In case of registration of an extension of installation work for the period after 20.00 on the last day of installation, in addition to the cost of the extension, the cost of attracting security to ensure order at the stand is added. The security work is performed by Expocentre JSC. The purpose of the work is to ensure the safety of equipment and exhibits on the stands of the exhibitors who did not extend the installation during their absence during the night period. The order of services is made from the Organizer in the form of an order for additional services using the Configurator.

THE EXHIBITOR'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE EQUIPMENT OF THE STAND AND OTHER PROPERTY TRANSFERRED TO THE EXHIBITOR

In case of damage, theft, loss of equipment and other property transferred to the Exhibitor or failure of equipment and/or property due to violation of operating conditions (including as a result of power outages, voltage fluctuations in the network, etc.) caused by the fault of the Exhibitor and/or actions of other participants and/or visitors, or any third parties resulting from the actions of the Exhibitor, the Exhibitor reimburses the Organizer for the full cost of the material damage caused or reimburses the estimated cost (including according to the Act of acceptance and transfer of property) within 10 banking days from the moment of its failure, or performs a complete repair of damaged equipment of the cost within 15 working days.

In case of damage, theft, loss of constructive equipment for the manufacture of stands of the "Standard", "Improved Standard" "Market" type, the Exhibitor pays the Organizer a fine equal to four times the rental price for each unit of the said equipment within 3 banking days from the moment of its failure. The basis for recognizing a case of failure or damage, theft, loss of equipment is an Act drawn up upon discovery by an authorized representative of the Organizer indicating the type of equipment and the damage caused to it.

TECHNOLOGICAL STATIONARY FACILITIES ON THE TERRITORY AND IN THE BUILDING AREA OF THE STAND

Columns, hatches, electrical cabinets and/or points of various technical connections for your or neighboring stands can be located within your exhibition area. In this case, power cables and pipes with a diameter of up to 50 mm, electrical cabinets and shields, as well as protective ladders can be laid in the aisles or within your stand without additional approval. Please pay attention to this, including when planning decking and/or podiums at your stand.

In compliance with the RULES of FIRE SAFETY and the "Rules for organizing the work of developers of exhibition stands and expositions on the territory of EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds, it is prohibited to: install building structures in areas where stationary electrical panels, technological hatches, fire cabinets and other engineering equipment are located, and "Free access to exits, fire hydrants, internal fire cranes must be provided and electrical cabinets and the necessary area for their normal operation. In this case, any stand structures of the "Standard" and "Improved Standard" type within your stand will be mounted taking into account the possibility of providing access to stationary fire cabinets, etc. without additional approval. Please pay attention to this, including when planning the decoration of your stand and the placement of exhibits within it.

GARBAGE COLLECTION AND OBSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC IN AISLES OR ON STANDS

It is forbidden to store containers and packages on stands. Upon completion of the finishing and construction works (see the section "Exhibition Schedule"), containers and large waste must be removed from the pavilion and disposed of by the Exhibitors at their own expense. Small debris should be packed in garbage bags and placed in the aisle. For the removal of bulky construction debris, the Exhibitor and/or the developer must order a container at their own expense. Upon completion of the dismantling of the exhibition by the Exhibitor and at his expense, all stands must be restored to their original condition, freed from exhibits, debris, and in case of exclusive development – from structures, flooring and adhesive tape. If the Exhibitor violates the above rules, all additional costs for cleaning the aisles adjacent to his stand, disposal of bulky debris and stand structures will be charged to the Exhibitor.

Exhibitors should not interfere with the flow of visitors in the aisles and interfere with the display of exhibits by other exhibitors. Any demonstration or actions that obstruct the movement of visitors in the aisles or interfere with their direct access to nearby exhibition stands will be suspended for a period determined by the Organizer.

POWER SUPPLY AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES ON THE STAND

For stands with unequipped area (exclusive development), food trucks and stands with standard construction ("Standard", "Improved standard"): power supply (supply and consumption of electricity) is not included in the cost of the exhibition area and must be ordered from the Organizer in the form of ordering additional services using the Configurator. Depending on the connected electric power, it may be necessary to use an additional electrical shield (it is an additional service, it is issued through the Configurator)

For stands with the "Market" building: power supply (supply and consumption of electricity) up to 1 kW are included in the cost of the exhibition area. Power supply over 1 kW must be ordered additionally using the Configurator.

Food trucks, containers, etc. modular and self-moving exhibits placed in the pavilion and/or on the territory, carrying the functionality of a separate stand with an exclusive (independent) building with installed exhibits, must be equipped with a stationary electrical panel and wiring of electrical networks made in accordance with the project. Documents confirming compliance must be available and presented at the request of the responsible person of EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds, Expoconsta LLC and the Organizer. In some cases, connection is possible only through an additional electronic shield. Power supply (supply (cable, plugs/sockets, additional electrical shield) and electricity consumption) are not included in the cost of the exhibition area and must be ordered from the Organizer in the form of ordering additional services using the Configurator.

The power supply is connected only in the presence of the responsible person of the Exhibitor, who has a valid Certificate of admission to work in electrical installations of the appropriate capacity.

When connecting computers and other devices that are sensitive to power outages and voltage drops in the network, we recommend using uninterruptible power supply (UPS) devices. The organizer is not responsible for malfunctions or damage to the devices due to this reason.

IMPORT OF RADIO-ELECTRONIC DEVICES, HIGH-FREQUENCY INSTALLATIONS

The import of radio-electronic devices and high-frequency (RES and HF, including Wi-Fi router, Ethernet hub, Ethernet switch) devices to the territory of EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds must be approved by the EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds Service Bureau. Unauthorized import entails a fine (control of the operation of devices and the imposition of a fine is carried out by EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds). Permission to import radio-electronic devices and high-frequency devices can be obtained if the exhibitor has permission from the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications (Roskomnadzor) to use radio frequencies or radio frequency channels on the territory of EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds. The approval of the import of radio-electronic equipment and high-frequency devices to the territory of EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds is paid.

RULES FOR ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS AND OBTAINING ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT

Requests for additional equipment and services are accepted by the Organizer in the form of an order for additional services using the Configurator.Based on the generated order, the Organizer issues an invoice to the Exhibitor. The order cannot be accepted for execution without timely payment.

The ordered services and equipment are provided to the Exhibitor as provided/provided depending on the service on the days of installation / holding of the exhibition. Verification of compliance of the ordered service /equipment with the actually provided ones is carried out by the Exhibitor independently, for stands with standard buildings ("Standard", "Improved Standard", Market) - on the last day of installation from 14.00 to 16.00, for stands with unequipped area - on installation days from 10.00 to 18.00. All periodic services are provided upon their provision.

In case of inconsistencies and/or improper quality/quantity of services/equipment provided, the Exhibitor must immediately contact the Organizer's stand ("Organizer's Office") and record his comments in the "Fault Log and comments on the stand configuration". The request will be reviewed and, upon confirmation of the violation, eliminated by the representative of the Organizer as soon as possible. If the Exhibitor does not contact the Organizer within the specified time period, the service is considered to have been rendered / provided in proper quality / quantity / time, and the equipment transferred under the responsibility of the Exhibitor and accepted by the Exhibitor in proper quantity, operable condition without damage and comments.
